January 16, 2021 - Nose: The nose is fresh and aromatic with peaches, quince, nectarines, apples, acacia flowers, saline, biscuits, vanilla beans, minerals, and some pastry dough. There is excellent depth and balance with a pristine quality to the tones.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with crisp, high acidity. The acidity is beautifully integrated and with a freshness that follows through on the palate with tones of peaches, nectarines, acacia flowers, saline, mineral tones, pastry dough, and biscuits.

Overall: This is really balanced and lovely right now. There is a pristine, freshness that is as inviting as it is attractive. The acidity is well balanced and this feels like right now is the perfect zone for this wine.

March 17, 2019 - Nose: The nose shows off a distinct spring-time quality filled with white peaches, pears, apples, white fruits, acacia flowers, citrus tones, minerals, and some biscuit notes. There is a brightness to the nose that is extremely enjoyable with excellent depth.

Taste: The feel is medium bodied with high acidity. There is a poised quality to the feel with the acidity showing a raciness to it backed up by fresh tones of pears, white peaches, acacia florals, minerals, apples, and biscuit notes.

Overall: This is a fresh, pretty, and all together elegant champagne. There is a youthful verve to this that is extremely attractive along with balanced acidity that is well integrated. While this can age for 5-8 years, it’s in a great place right now if one enjoys fresher fruit.

December 14, 2017 - A Mix of Heavy Hitters (Corner Table, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank 1+ glass over 30 minutes. Showing very well, this is filled with crisp green apple, tart, some apple peel, and ginger snap on the finish. 91+ to 92pts.

December 14, 2017 - A very tasty 50/50 Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay Special Club! Youthful exuberance and energy along with excellent concentration worthy of the Special Club status. Terrific range of citrus, mineral and bread dough notes.
