January 4, 2020 - Very traditionally styled Merlot here from Arrowood. Pours ruby. Opaque at the core, light bricking and transparency at the rim. The nose is just lovely, giving a nod to Bordeaux. Nose of cigar box, gravel, charred green pepper, ash, dark cherry, plum, and forest undergrowth. The palate retains remarkably high acid, low tannin and a lovely finish replaying the nose. Love this!

December 27, 2010 - Nice merlot. Still lots of life left. Earthy flavor with good fruit and tannins.
