Community Tasting Notes 1

May 4, 2015 - A nice aroma, showing green apple Jolly Ranchers, stonefruit, apricots, limes, and a hint of baking spices. Quite a bit of substance in the mouth. Semi-viscous, concentrated, almost thick bodied, with a firm, quince-like mouthfeel that balances juicy acidity and sweet, mouthwatering flavors. No slaty minerality but closes with lime zest on the finish.
