April 25, 2021 - My last bottle, and much smoother and less tart than the one I had in August 2019. Time in the cellar has paid off. Now I wish I had more. Delicious with grilled marinated steak.

November 5, 2020 - Chalk, stone, granite dominate. Very dry. Very grippy all over the mouth on the tongue, palate, and cheeks. Quite delightful, even though not very complex.
