January 6, 2023 - Earthy strawberry juice. A bit of minerals. Pepper notes that are lingering on the tongue. Some acidity, yet really smooth.

Close to two years in the cellar. I like this better than the 2014.

December 25, 2022 - dominant strawberry flavors. paired well with our ham and turkey

  • JohnRachelWine Likes this wine: 88 points

July 17, 2022 - Color: brick, a touch rusty, red
Nose: cherry cobbler, violets, wood smoke
    Palate: earthy, wood notes
    Mouthfeel: soft, a bit flabby

May 9, 2021 - PNP. Brick colored. Wild strawberry, cranberry and rhubarb. A bit of earth, juicy finish. On the herbal side. Lovely.

April 18, 2021 - From magnum. Poured alongside an oaky Gary Farrell, this stood out for it's lighter pigmentation, higher acidity and overall more evolved, complex, and Burgundian style. Loved it.
