Community Tasting Notes 2

April 14, 2019 - Purchased from the winery in 2018. Actively seeping shortly thereafter. Cork was rotted throughout. Popped cork and followed in bottle over 4 hours. Nose of oxidized red/dark fruits. Flavors of red fruits, plums, prunes, and raisins. Touch of underlying acidity and spice, which makes me wonder what this could have been.

May 25, 2017 - more full-bodied pinot, dull colored, some vanilla and stewed fruit, slightly fat and candied. Too corpulent and lacking the structure of what I consider a good pinot - not my style
