    June 17, 2021 - Golden bright colour
Intensive open bukett of ripe stonefuit and typical mosel spices.
Very elegant mouthfeel of ripe apples and orange peel. Fine acidity is balanced by a little sweet note and a medium mineral finish. A balanced delicious wine from a top producer. Nearly perfect maturity.

October 25, 2020 - Roundness and creaminess from the ripeness of 2015 in a medium-light body. A little minerality, hints of yellow fruits. An approachable and easy-to-like dry Mosel -- something that would have been impossible to imagine not all that long before. Cellared since original release.

December 31, 2017 - Full yellow. Though closed in the nose it slowly unleashes very pure citrus notes, banana, varnish and fresh grass. The palate is more forward with a medium full body. Again the citrus notes to begin, the fresh cut grass and ripe white plums. Not extremely long but with great acidity clinging the flavours to the palate. There's a sweet note just starting to come out. Still showing some austerity but drinking extremelly well. Hold for a couple of years if you want just a bit more of sweet decadence on it. Very fine for the price

October 26, 2017 - Flot tropisk duft. Efter lidt tid kommer grønne æbler til. Præcis i duften.
Syren er der. Lidt bred og ikke mavesårsfrembringende, men meget korrekt. En lille bitte restsødme der ikke er i nærheden af feinherb, men er med til at definere vinen som mosel.
Til prisen meget fin. Men også lidt poleret(?)

    August 13, 2017 - Screwcap, 12% alc. AP1716. Quite a developed straw colour for a young Riesling.

Tropical fruit salad, smoke, and a minty herbal coolness that runs through the wine. Quite a lot of punch and flavour for base-level wine. Excellent balance with nice acidic drive.

Opinion: punches well above its weight. Good buying for a simpler style.

February 16, 2017 - A Rieslingfeier of our Own; 2/13/2017-2/18/2017 (Traben-Trarbach, Germany): 75% Juffer, 25% Sonnenuhr. This showed a bit of reduction on the nose and a tarter, more white-tinted fruit profile. There's a nice salinity to this that gives it a very nice added dimension. This is clearly a step up from the estate trocken, but it is also a bit leaner stylistically.
