June 25, 2023 - Unfortunately this bottle was past its prime. The fruit had faded entirely and the nose and palate showed mostly oxidative notes. Some lovely spiciness showed through, but the finish was quicker than I expected. NR.

June 8, 2023 - Agree with tinybubbles - a nice wine that was outclassed by the 1966 of the same wine. The nose is pretty, broad and rich, but a bit astringent. Very classy wine, but showing a bit muddled tonight.
