October 20, 2022 - Lighter weight than many Burgundies but this is part of what makes it so interesting. It’s quite complex. A beautiful nose of honeysuckle and mineral with a palate and finish introducing flinty, nutty flavors. Really enjoyed this wine. Reminded me a bit of a young Chevy.
Wine had little on back-end until roughly 30 mins of slow-ox. Really picked up then. -
