February 15, 2024 - Pale straw with medium golden hues. Pronounced intensity on the nose. Deep, pure crystalline with intense minerality, lemon, and petrol. High acidity and a powerful long finish.

August 11, 2023 - Resto Ophelia in Konstanz. Reco from the sommelier. Beautiful medium golden color. Typical Riesling nose - slight petrol, citrus, green apple, pineapple, hay, and a bit of white pepper. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, med finish. Very balanced, still nicely acid, creamy mouth with apple, citrus, pineapple, hay and lingering salinity, that sticks for a good 5 seconds. Pairs perfectly with the fish based starters.
