September 26, 2021 - Surprised to like this as much as we did, being a sweet wine and all. Drank after dinner a large glass and could not stop sipping like a Cognac, slow and steady tamed the sweet. But time may have helped as this was in great balance, sorry, dnt drink much ice wine so balance best explains the meeting of sweet, savory, a tad of heat and something else cannot pinpoint that were very enjoyable. 2nd glass of ice ever, may have to indulge in more.

March 15, 2019 - Uncles Fine Wine Spring BYO (Home): Dark golden. Tropical fruit, partly noticeable alcohol. This is again very concentrated. Bitter and sweet is not completely balanced.
