December 11, 2016 - Lemon and apple up front with a stony, minerally middle and a good acidic finish. Kinda reminds me of a good Chard that just happens to have bubbles. Really fun to taste alongside a Marne Champagne and compare, this has none of the brioche / marshmallow / caramel / etc flavors.
