  September 6, 2020 - Clear pale lemon. Clean, fresh aromas of yellow apple, Williams pear, lemon, white peach, wet stone and a touch of vanilla from 11 months in large neutral barrels. Dry, with medium plus acidity, medium alcohol (13%). Medium body, flavor intensity and length. Very sound quality and stylistically correct at a great price. And I don’t typically like Chardonnay very much. Still youthful and drinking surprisingly well at 6 years.

  June 24, 2020 - A solid, dry, balanced Chard; nothing fancy, but no overbearing oak, butter, or citrus; just a good, everyday Chard that’s not trying too hard to outclass itself.

  January 28, 2019 - By the glass over quickie lunch at Ginett.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Thin legs.
  Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of lemon oil, citrus green lime, green apple, hints of stony minerality.
  On thale palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of green lime, fleshy green apple, lemon oil, bit of tropical melon, stony minerals. Forgettable medium- finish.
  Acceptable quality. Very correct, overall round and pleasing mouthfeel, just lacking definition. Drink young.
  Fruit from around the Meursault area.
