    March 13, 2017 - A: A mid gold. Really quite dark
    N: Red apple, green apple, raspberry and underripe strawberry, bread. Medium intensity.
    Developing
    P: Primaries_Raspberry, strawberry and apples.
    Secondaries_Yeast again
    Tertiaries_. dried orange peel
    Medium body (yeast ageing for 8 years helped), creamy mousse, medium alcohol, high acidity. I like this. Medium intensity on the palate.

    C: Drink now (within 5 years) or consider further ageing. I like this. The dried orange indicating some fruit development is lovely. Would love to try this again in 2 , 5 then 7 years.
