  January 22, 2022 - No notes, but excellent over two nights and at its best the first night after a couple hours of air. Glad I waited to pop the first of these. No hurry here. Great QPR in low-$30s USD (five years ago). 13% abv

  January 31, 2021 - Popped and poured. Smells nice, with spice and smoke accents. Initially sappy red fruits, that turn darker in tone with air. The wine also gains a little structure as it opens. Good concentration here, and the wine has a very long, sweetish finish. Pretty tasty now, but there is probably some upside ahead.
