September 21, 2013 - Garnet ruby, sediment and medium viscosity in the glass. Tart red fruit, bramble and secondary mushroom on the nose. Medium body and tart with strawberry and raspberry on the palate. Secondary earth and spice. Spiky acidity and slightly disjointed. Medium finish. Questionable QPR.

September 15, 2013 - i adored this bottle. it is in a great place now. there's still some fruit left and it developed wonderfully over 6 hours. tons of secondary stuff peeking through.

July 7, 2012 - Very cloudy. Primary. Pure and potent sour cherry. Quite acidic, to the point of having a lemon juice finish. Lacking the old wine complexity or savoriness I was hoping for.
