May 21, 2019 - Blah taste, almost gone bad. Did not age well.

May 31, 2018 - Opened up after about 30 minutes of decanting, nice blend of smoothness, fruit, and complexity.

May 15, 2018 - Wonderfully aged at this point! Great balance of fruit and complexity. Notes of black cherry and a touch of raspberry, followed by smoothing into a touch of oak. Paired perfectly with a pork tenderloin with cherry glaze.
