  January 29, 2024 - Last of six (6) Decanted for two (2) hours. Similar observations from prior experience. Double decanted as tartic buildup was significant. Offers expressive aromas of ripe lemon, dairy, sweet spice & honeysuckle. Lavish presence on the palate delivering flavors of ripe citrus with background notes of sweet spice and dairy. Energetic acidity provides necessary balance and lift leading to long lip-smacking finish. Delicious! Still displays ample energy to drink well for several years ahead.

  Still right in the zone, seems that this should go for a while. Wine continued to evolve in the glass, showing more depth on mid palate about an hour+ in, last sips were the best...Will decant next bottle if venue allows

  February 25, 2023 - Purchased direct from winery & cellared since. Pop & pour for client dinner. I love Aubert Chardonnay & this did not disappoint. My least favorite of the single vineyards, but this had great tropical fruit & great balance. Love the spice notes!
