  October 3, 2023 - Nice wine with food. Getting a little long in the tooth. Integrated tannins, medium to full body. Fruit almost gone.

  February 20, 2021 - Nice wine. Dark red, though a bit translucent and not super dark, touch of browning on the edge, but nothing unusual for a 7 year old bottle. Notes of plum, smoke, dark fruits, and black cherry on the nose. Palate is a bit more red fruits, dust, tomatoes and green pepper, though it’s definitely a bit thin on the mid palate. Not sure if this is vintage driven or not.
  
  Tannins are moderate, and a nice acidity holds a pretty good balance. 13% alcohol, so pretty restrained / traditional for a St. Emilion. Drinking well now, probably another 7-10 years of life left.

  Med high tannins. Raspberry. A little thin and acidic. Licorice. Eucalyptus. Opening up nicely after 1hr+. Stewed tomatoes.
  
  Day 2: thin again. Tomatoes more prominent. Bell pepper.
