  April 23, 2024 - Extraordinary that this Cru Bourgeois has lasted 34 years and could easily go a few more. What a year was 1989. Admittedly, it's verging on tertiary now, but certainly not lacking in fruit. It's port like in texture and flavour, tannins and acidity fully resolved. A really fleshy and deeply intricate finish. Incredible value. Incredibly easy drinking.

  July 16, 2014 - Vraiment très bon, mais un peu trop moderne et boisé à mon goût... malgré tout, ce vin est assez long, persistant et complexe, avec du moka, du fruit, du café et autres raffinements. Je crois simplement que je préfère des vins faits d'une autre manière... ou les vendangeuses mécaniques y sont peut-être pour quelque chose ?

  June 23, 2013 - Very lovely, long finish,finished the 3rd bottle a day later, still impressed. Only have 3 bottles out of 24 left. It won't get better but far from being past its prime. Enjoy!!!
