Community Tasting Notes 3

February 8, 2018 - active and floral nose. flavors of melon, stone fruit, grass, and a touch of minerality. don't care for the finish but a good enough wine.

June 30, 2017 - Dry white chenin with mineral notes. Drank at block party

December 16, 2016 - This is a broad wine, as befits the Chenin grape, but it is not in any way soupy. In fact it is remarkably good and fulfilling at its price point. The extreme final shows a touch of tannic/bitter sensation, another signature of the grape. A very satisfying white Anjou, for those occasions when you can't rise to a Savennieres. A fine companion to our red mullet.
