January 25, 2020 - Bottle age has done this well, aromas of iron, tar, cherries and sage, complex, superb balance, a backbone of acidity holds up the complex and deep flavors of cherry, plum, anise, herb mix, green tea, mineral and blackberry jam, dry, drinks well past it's price point, awesome discovery, had with a pork roast but this could easily hold up with steak
