June 13, 2021 - SLDS Single Bottle Dinner: Ozone, mineral, honey, lemon, orange and smoke. Energy off the charts on the palate, beaming and intense fruit. Pure, distilled deliciousness. Incredible every time I've tried it.

April 16, 2020 - Top of the heap dessert wine. On the nose and on the palate were extraordinary. Most important is the level of acidity made the wine so drinkable despite the powerful ripeness. Kept the wine vibrant. Man oh man this was good. Easily the best sweet wine I’ve had from the 21st century.

January 26, 2020 - Riesling Study #1 (Atoboy (Manhattan, NY)): Soaring nose - intense and bright and potent. Passion fruit and citrus, super light and gorgeous with amazing precision. Just delicious. So sweet and with such acid- perfect fruit and grapefruit and sugar. Killer concentration with long finish.

July 18, 2018 - JJ Prum - 2016 range tasting (ChinChin Sydney): Orange, marmalade, earth, lemon, ozone, smoke and coconut. Exceptional intensity on the palate with superb length and fine detail still present even with the power of the wine. The acid leaves a trailing tingling sensation that goes perfectly with the amplified flavours. A bright future ahead, spellbinding stuff.

April 20, 2017 - JJ Prum - 2015 range tasting: The final wine of the day and an absolute privilege to try it - this wine is a magical experience from start to finish. Aromas leap out of the glass, there is exotic smoke and spices, orange peel, apricot, coconut and pineapple. The palate is astounding, the depth and intensity of the fruit is stunning, while it still has an element of lightness and vibrancy that persists throughout the wine. This should improve easily over the next 10-15 years.
