September 5, 2017 - Straw yellow colour with green edges. Ripe apples and citrus on the nose, with hints of flowers and biscuits. Taste of ripe apples, citrus, nuts and biscuits. Creamy and deep with a fresh acidity. Needs some air to reach its potential, somewhat closed and yeasty just after opening. A very good and interesting Champagne that goes well with shellfish, cured meat or as an aperitif.

Brukbar frukt. Elegant på sitt vis. 88+

December 25, 2016 - En meget bra vin!
