December 17, 2016 - A private lunch (Restaurant Pure C *, Cadzand, NL): A special edition for former three Michelin star chef Sergio Herman, blended from 85% Pinot Meunier and 15% old-vine Chardonnay. The house champagne at restaurant Pure C. Fullish yellow colour with ruddy cheeks; supple and juicy, fruit forward, red apple, the massive percentage of Pinot Meunier really shines through. A very specific style, but I like it.
