  February 23, 2024 - Decent Barolo. A bit heavy and almost clumsy. I prefer the lighter and juicer style of previous vintages.

  February 14, 2024 - Man this was great. Roses, barnyard and dark cherries on the nose. Color was typical Nebbiolo garnet with some burn orange browning at the rim. Dark fruit and tar on the palate. First sip was almost Bordeaux-like, but with some air, the tannins mellowed and more cherries and red fruit came to the forefront. After an hour it was very soft, fine integrated tannins, nice acidity, and very balanced. Really fantastic normale.

  October 1, 2023 - Insanely fragrant with aromas of roses, cherries, forest floor and tar that led to a bright, juicy, red fruited palate with a lasting white pepper imprint through the finish.

  August 20, 2023 - Middels dyp, klar burgunderrød farge. Deilig, lett parfymert duft av bringebær og jordbær og et søtlig krydderpreg à la stjerneanis og nellikspiker.
  Behagelig og ganske saftig smak med middels konsentrasjon, ren mørk frukt og søte bærtoner. Delikat vin med en nesten burgundersk munnfølelse og finkornet tanninstruktur. En elegant barolo på den lette siden med middels lang smakskurve og god balanse.
  Nydelig vin og topp match til steinsopp-pasta! 91 p.

  Mouth-coating, ripe but not overripe, very integrated, all the elements there. Finishes fresh on those black cherries. Lovely core of sweet fruit.
  Fantastic basic Barolo, very classic more in a brooding dark fruit style than the 13 had a few weeks ago.
