  July 21, 2019 - Clear, medium red/brown color.
  Intensely aromatic.
  Full body, flavorful, lean texture, soft tannins, little heat for the alcohol level, average length.
  Almost tart, off dry, no bitterness.
  Fruity,
  Aged perfectly but doesn’t look as if it’s going to improve further.

  June 17, 2018 - Dark red, full body, intensely flavorful, soft tannins, silky texture, hot mouthfeel, lingering and tasty aftertaste.
  Off dry, perfect balance of crispness and sweetness
  Fruity, sweet spices, cinnamon, plums.
  Amazingly good value.

  Nose a little earthy, soy sauce, not much fruit.
  
  Palate is a little light, not the typical Cabernet Sauvignon from California. A little of black and red fruit, cranberries.
  
  Finish is dominated by oak.
  
  For the price, not a bad a wine.
