Community Tasting Notes 1

August 6, 2017 - 88: Slightly heavier than expected for a Chenin Blanc, both leading and finishing with a lovely butteriness that coats your tongue. Not too sweet but not really dry either. A subtle acidity that brings vanilla floral notes with a hint of stone fruit. Extraordinarily drinkable. I enjoyed it straight while the wife loved it as a spritzer with sparkling water (not my thing but YMMV). The only disappointment was realizing this was our only bottle!
