September 1, 2018 - Clear light red in color. Nice acidity, very light tannins, dry, med body. Cherry, and some earthy notes on nose and palate. Med finish. There have been few pinots that wow me, but I have never been disappointed by the Pinots from Prince Edward county. Great balance, nice complexity and a perfect pairing with salmon.
