April 23, 2024 - Exploring Northern Rhone Syrah (Paris): Very concentrated, hint of meat, pepper. Palate is strict, tannins not yet integrated, a little aggressive. I'm not sure they will polish. Aromatics are cornas-like, the more savage and animal syrah, olive, meat, pepper. Lengthy. A good and interesting wine without being a great one, lacks in terms of texture. A wine that calls for meat to provide a little fat and comfort, at this stage in any case.

September 22, 2023 - Got two miniature btls sent from Sweden of the heat damaged version of this wine.

    The lightly damaged btl:
Arrived in pristine condition as a very attractive Syrah.

    The heavily damaged bottle:
    Undrinkable zombie gore. Disgusting!

April 14, 2023 - Very fruit driven notes. Cassis raspberry & strawberry. Intense robe of dark ruby. Nose more on the smokey and tannic character of shiraz. Tannins are present yet super drinkable now. Med alcohol & tannins. A wone with life ahead
