May 14, 2015 - Peter's Mature Pommard (The Perseverence, Marylebone): An absolutely beautiful ruby. So vibrant. Dark strawberry fruit on the nose. Lovely line too. Nicely mineral with a fine grippy line. Quite long. Feels leaner and a little more sturdy with air. ***1/2
