  March 12, 2022 - Man dricker för lite Meursault. Maffig, krämig och fet. Stor doft av aprikos, grillad citron, rostade toner, nötighet, lite kryddighet. I smaken väldigt fräsch med bra balans, härlig koncentration. Fin energi. Lång finish fylld med härlig frukt med torrt mineraliskt avslut. Delicious!

  Decanted in the fridge 1 hr
  
  N....rich and intense, 'busy'; sweet oak, lush peach, banana, buttered toast, roasted nuts. Charming. Seductive.
  
  C....light gold at 7 yrs old. Looks medium bodied.
  
  T....(This note is after 1 hr in the chilled decanter) I was surprised at how dry it is; significant earthy mineral profile, some nice tension here too; less oak impression than the Nose suggested there was going to be, there's a nice balance to everything; classy and interesting, or at least something near it; dry enough to be properly 'Foodie'; some marzipan.
  
  T....(this note is after 3 hrs decanted in the fridge)...more creamy mouth-feel, bigger and softer and rounder fruit - white/yellow - though still with a solid structure; just a better glass after extended air and feels worth closer to it's RRP £74.00
  
  My advice is drink it over 2 nights if you can, both tastings from a decanter in the fridge.

  코에서는 짙은 바닐라 향이 나며, 잘 익은 살구 복숭아 향이 많이 남
  입에서는 중간이상 산도와 중간 바디/알콜과 오크에서 나오는 약한 탄닌이 느껴지며 여운은 중간보다 약간 김
  시간이 지날수록 많은 바닐라향과 향의 깊이가 더해지며 또 마시고 싶은 와인임

  July 3, 2021 - In my world, Jadot's white wines are rarely appreciated, often ignored. I hear comments that begin, "Oh, the reds are fine but..." I don't get it. This Jadot bottling is classic and delicious, top to bottom, from bouquet to finish, a pure and lovely white Burgundy. And I vividly recall Jadot's '89 Chevalier-Montrachet Demoiselles, one of the best white wines of my life. Hats off to Louis, wherever you are.
