December 1, 2021 - Almost flamboyant quinine, pears, terpenes, and caramelized pineapple upon opening, which over 4 or 5 days gracefully receded to the middle adjectives, plus caramelized russet apples, Roxbury or golden, doesn't make much difference
As another user noted, very easy drinking. Could be longer or more cerebral, but eh, why be angry all the time -

November 15, 2021 - What else would one want for a white burgundy? Lemon curd, creaminess, lovely finish, will undoubtedly continue to mellow in bottle but we have only one bottle left!

January 13, 2020 - Attaque sur la pomme verte. Très belle longueur avec une texture beaucoup plus ronde après quelques heures d’ouverture. Milieu de.m bouche sur les fruits jaunes et une finale légèrement calcaire.
Superbe!!
