June 1, 2018 - Dinner and Wine at Olga's (Princeton, NJ): Great for what it is. Pears, peach, flowers, fruits, good acidity and a little bit of spritz on the finish. Low 8% alcohol. Good end to the evening. Drink now.

April 14, 2018 - Perfect after dinner tipple. Slightly similar to Nivole's Moscato d'Asti but with more elegance and complexity. Pears, lemon-lime, orchard fruit, and white flower notes flank a slight spritz, juicy acidity, medium viscosity, and lovely minerality. Closes with balance and restraint.
