  January 1, 2021 - pale yellow, fine bubbles - mature but somewhat restrained nose of ripe apples and freshly baked bread - but it really shines in the mouth with layers of rich cooked apple flavors - nicely balanced by crisp acidity - long 20-30 sec finish - as opposed to some earlier tasting notes, this wine is drinking wonderfully now, with the complex, rich pure chardonnay flavors that I expect from Le Mesnil

  Complex, great acidity as well as depth and flavour. Really happy that I have three left.
