August 6, 2021 - Really great nose. All around good wine. Was surprised at how good this was for a wine maker not known for cabs. Wish we had more.

November 16, 2018 - Rated this a 91, which is within the "Very Good" range of the CellarTracker rating scale. I think we opened this a year too early. We gave it lots of air, and aerated it additionally, at which point it opened up, but not 100% opened up.
Good, but not overwhelming cherry fruit...100% varietally correct Napa Cab, notes of cedar. Elegant, but not timid. Everything is well-balanced and integrated, but wait until late 2019 or later.
Bought this at the winery in 2016...they are off the beaten path but worth the visit...up the hill from Calistoga. They make good Zin, too.
