December 18, 2020 - Another delicious bottle, one disgorged some time in 2016. This is a NV champagne that seems to reward some ageing. Big flavours of medlars, fresh granny smith apples, grilled pineapple, caramel, honey and biscoff.
Lovely, I could drink Henri Giraud all day. -

Pronounced nose, brioche, brown butter and hazelnuts.
H acid, M body, M alcohol, M intensity, brioche, hazelnut, sliced green apples, honey and beeswax come through.
