November 17, 1999 - Parker is incorrect (to my taste). Now three years after release, this wine shows a brilliant medium ruby with red rim. Intense nose of cranberries, plum, smoke and slight clove. Medium body palate with same pleasant flavors. This pinot is lovely, and will likely further improve. I only wish that I had more bottles!
