August 29, 2019 - This wine was bright, medium yellow with a hint of green. It had no body at all with a nice, medium acidity and medium alcohol. There was no length of finish and it had the tanginess of an underripe apricot eaten off the tree. There was a slight creaminess to it. The wine had aromas of green pepper and cream and flavour of unripe peach.
This wine was missing depth of flavour. I would have preferred a cold glass of water.
