February 12, 2017 - A truly lovely bottle - I think I timed it right . Lovely fruit of black cherry and plum throughout ,no bitterness great structure big and supple with a lovely long rich finish

September 27, 2015 - This was my last bottle from a case purchase, and I think I got the timing exactly right. Lots of mature cherry aromas and flavors with earth and cooked mushroom. Not quite as vibrant as bottles from a few years ago, but still lively with good density.

September 27, 2014 - Black fruit front-and-center, very fresh for its ago, with earthy background hints. Very good balance and length. Down to my final 2 bottles from an original case+. No fear of decline here.

April 26, 2014 - Bravo for producing an enjoyable wine with such quality at the entry level. 2002 was an excellent year in Oregon and it's reflected in this wine.
    - Ripe red & black cherry fruit with mature tertiary notes, hints of earth, smooth resolved tannins and well integrated acidity really made this enjoyable. I was concerned that it may not have held up but it has. I have 1 more bottle and will drink it within a year. This is fully mature now and I am concerned about it being soon past it's prime. 90+

March 26, 2014 - Like other bottles from the past couple of years, this wine continues to rock and will continue to be very good for years to come.
