Community Tasting Notes 3

February 17, 2008 - Smokey bacon with plum chutney on the nose(!). Lacking in acidity, though very smooth. Some medicinal notes.

February 1, 2008 - I rated it 84 first day, third day it gained depth and softened out, 3rd day rating 88. So decant it and let it sit for a while

December 21, 2006 - Fairly bland and average Cabernet. No depth, not much fruit. Overall just a wall of tannin and oak. Really unremarkable and unmemorable, it tastes like a $10 Cabernet.
