  N: M+ intensity miss with aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit, lime, lemon zest, limestone
  P: M+ intensity, High acid, M alcohol, M- body, good texture and long length.
  Flavours of gooseberry, passionfruit, granny smith apple, pear, apricot, white peach, mineral (chalk), slight floral.
  Really nicely textured and balanced Saint-Bris, very elegant but unmistakably S. Blanc.

  April 26, 2019 - White stone fruit on the nose and palate. There is a lovely uplifting mid-palate herby citrus flavour and it finishes long and a little creamy. Tasty, interesting and nicely made. Not sure I could ever pick it as Sauvignon Blanc!
