January 19, 2021 - La Chablisienne is an excellent Cave Cooperative for a fine sharp and affordable mineral Chablis. I myself especially like their Premier Cru’s, which give a little bit of extra body. Like this PC Cote de Lechet. This brings a fine aroma blend of lemon, green apple, salty stone, pineapple and grass in a slightly creamy setting. Like it and so did my oysters.’

May 30, 2020 - Fine mid-level Chablis, from a 2nd tier 1er cru. You might object that it is a little too rich and full (hot vintage!), but it still shows real Chablis character in an easy-going manner.

November 12, 2019 - Nice mineral and acid balance

November 8, 2019 - Quite tasty chablis... enjoys a bit contact with air and waiting but nice fruit and medium thick, contrary to cote de lechet 2017 oak shows a bit through which I like.

2017 seems a bit more coherent overall though

October 31, 2019 - Not bad, not good. At age 4, hardly any nose to speak of. Meagre taste, shortish finish. Disappointing for this big but normally very regular producer.
