February 24, 2021 - By the glass. Classicism right on your face. Red berries, leather, clay, eucalyptus leaves ... strength and elegance united on the nose. Palate is dense, tough and even rustic but balanced by a sharp acidity that gives flavour and length. For those who want to know how were the majority of Shiraz wines that Barossa sent to the world thirty years ago. Great effort but nothing extraordinary.
Por copas. Clasicismo en tu cara. Bayas rojas, cuero, arcilla, hojas de eucalipto ... fuerza y elegancia aunadas en nariz. Al paladar se muestra denso, recio y hasta rústico pero equilibrado por una afilada acidez que le otorga sabor y longitud. Para los que quieran saber como eran la mayoría de vinos de Shiraz que Barossa enviaba al mundo hace treinta años. Gran esfuerzo pero nada extraordinario.
