  April 22, 2023 - This bottle was in a really good place. A Bordeaux-like nose with some Mediterranean spices thrown in for good measure. An energetic, impeccably balanced mid-weight palate which leans more to the red fruit spectrum. Well into the zone now with a few years of prime drinking still ahead. Hard to beat this for the price.

  April 22, 2022 - Similar to 2012 that we drank earlier in the week. Plum, dark berries, touch of cassis, medium oaky tannins.

  April 14, 2022 - Dramatic improvement since the last bottle more than 3 years ago. This was well-balanced with excellent delineation in the mature fruit characteristics, reminiscent of a left bank Bordeaux despite the high merlot component. A nice bead of acidity runs through the middle keeping this fresh. Seems to be at or near its apex. Really enjoyed and great QPR.
