December 25, 2021 - Seems fully evolved at this point, which is to say completely delicious. Fruity and complex. Balanced and oak well integrated. Black currant and blackberry with hints of cedar and black pepper. Nice.

January 6, 2017 - Cherry and leather aroma. Slightly sweeter than the mileau of Italian wines I've been drinking lately, which was a welcome diversion. Paired well with pasta and meat sauce. We will continue to purchase each time we visit the local winery.
