Community Tasting Notes 1

July 14, 2011 - This is a stern, sinewy, strict, mean bastard but me likes. There’s coffee, moss, mushrooms, iron and decaying leaves to the aroma. It is skinny and sinewy with some chewy red fruits along with a little hint of prune. It’s all sweet cedar and minerals to the finish and it has bright cut from abundant acidity. Probably another 10-20 years from peaking but a very good partner to duck and only to be approached by hard unit Burg heads.
