August 30, 2022 - Second of six. First impressions were unusual for this maker and for the vintage. Curiously tight with a crisp apple cider top note that thankfully receded quickly.
More than one hour in it has relaxed and I can see where it’s heading. Needs another 3 years at least and then it will be soft and perfumed, closer to Chambolle than Gevrey.1 person found this helpful Comment -

November 19, 2017 - This is a very nice village Burgundy. Ripe berry fruit showing the vintage character, nice savory edge, good midpalate concentration, midweight frame, fine elegant tannins. The problem is that it's $75. That's more an indictment of the modern Burgundy market than this particular wine, but it's hard to justify these prices when the wines are merely quite nice without being exciting.
