  January 7, 2022 - Too bold and powerful for my taste. Aromas of raspberries. Tastes are much bolder and lots of alcohol so needs to open.

  April 13, 2020 - elegant, full bodied, delicious--smokey, dark plum flavor--had with easter pork ribs and all the sides--it didn't pair well (my fault--not its)--but it was very nice--will enjoy the rest leisurely without food..

  December 22, 2018 - Decanted for 45 minutes. Should have given it an hour. Big pinot with lots of dark fruit, medium acidity and tannin. Well balanced.

  October 27, 2018 - Massive wine. Ripe and macerated blackberry and blueberry. Vanilla, clove and coriander. Med acid, a touch sweet, and very hot. This is a wine to have a glass of while you sit by the fire, drinking a bottle with dinner is not a pleasurable experience; it just murders the taste of food.

  September 15, 2018 - Tasted at the winery. Medium ruby color and clear. Moderate aromas of spice, cranberry and sour apple. Off dry with a light body. Fresh acidity. Low tannins. Fair balance. Moderate flavors of cranberry, sour candy and apple peel. Medium finish. Ok.
