January 29, 2024 - Drinking beautifully tonight. It’s still young and more primary than tertiary but it’s so moreish, it’s hard to say don’t drink yet. Note similar to last one;
Medium garnet, but only just - still looks young. Ripe red fruits, but clear tertiary aromas too - sous-bois, mushroom, a little smokey. Some tea spice. High acidity, very velvety palate, medium fine tannins, it coats the mouth. Long finish. VG+ - Outstanding. -

Nez simple mais joli de fruit noir. Bouche ronde et veloutée, bel équilibre, quoique le fruit soit un peu compoté. C’est délicieux, mais relativement simple pour un 1er crû. 90-91 pts -
